İlk önce malzeme listemizi yazalım; 1 adet 4017 Entegre 1 adet 555 Timer Entegre 10 adet Led 1 adet 4,7k direnç 10 adet 1k direnç 10nf ve 22uF Kondansatör 100k Potasiyometre Devreye 4017 entegreden başlıyoruz ledlerin (+) bacaklarını 1k direnç ile entegreye bağlıyoruz (-) bacaklarını da devrenin (-) bölümüne bağlıyoruz. Ledler sırası ile entegrenin 3, 2, 4, 7, 10, 1, 5, 6, 9, 11 nolu bacaklarına bağlanıyor. Aynı şekilde entegrenin 15, 13, 8 nolu bacağıda devrenin (-) nolu bacağına bağlanıyor. !6 numaralı pinide devrenin (+) bölümüne bağlıyoruz. Ve son olarak devrenin 14 nolu clk pinini 555 timer entegresinin 3 nolu çıkışına bağlıyoruz.
