We need a some components

1 Old Mıcro USB (B) Socket

2 Old USB (A) Socket

3 Some wires

4 Heatsink

5 Hot glue

6 Soldering Iron

                                                                    Connection

                                

 Connections are so simple only one thing are important. This are connectting "gnd" with "sense" pins
